Our founder has always had a passion for teaching young children. At a young age, Dee Dominique started volunteering at her local church after school program. After High school, Dominique knew she wanted to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education. She started by obtaining Early Childhood Certifications and advanced her career to a Pre-School Director. While working, Dominique completed a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Studies and is currently an Approved Observer with the Child Care Education Institute. Dominique trains and observes potential teachers to complete their teaching and education certifications while running the Loving Hands and Hearts Development Center.
